Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation, refund and compensation will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via our customer care number. Requests received later than 07 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

DWAN shall have the right to terminate the services without any prior notice to the customer, in the event of breach of terms and conditions on the part of the customer. SERVICE PROVIDER and the customer shall also have the right to terminate the Agreement at any time by giving 30 days’ prior notice in writing to the other. In the event of such termination by SERVICE PROVIDER the customer shall be entitled to the return of the proportionate part of plan charges paid for the unutilized period of service. SERVICE PROVIDER shall not be liable to refund any amount if the termination is by the customer or for breach or failure on the part of the customer.

Compensation Policy

Whatsoever the reason SERVICE PROVIDER is limited to compensate last one month’s renewal charge only.
